Funnelback Search Log Report
A Funnelback Search Log Report displays the statistics for each Collection on the system, detailing the most popular search queries and queries which failed. This report can be used to view popular searches on your site and optimise weightings of assets to ensure better search results. To generate this report, the Cron Manager needs to be set up within your system.

Details Screen
The Details screen allows you to configure the settings of the Funnelback Search Log Report. For more information about the Status, Future Status and Thumbnail section of the Details screen, see the Details Screen chapter in the Asset Screens manual.
Details
This section allows you to configure the name of the report and view information for the last generated report. The Details section of the Details screen is shown in the figure below:

The following fields are available:
- Report Name: by default, the name that was entered into the Report Name field when the report was created will appear in this field. You can change the name of the report by clicking into this field and entering the new Report Name.
- Regenerate Report: by default, if the report has never been generated, no information will appear in this section. Once the report has been generated, the date, time and which user generated the report will appear in this section. Whenever the report is regenerated, this information will be updated.
Report Settings
This section allows you to select when to generate the report and how many search terms to show in the report. The Report Settings section of the Details screen is shown in the figure below.

The following fields are available:
- Rollover Period: this field allows you to select how often the report should be regenerated. By default this is set to Weekly. You can also select Monthly or Daily.
- Display Rows: enter the number of search terms to display in the report. By default, this is set to 25.
Report Screen
By default, if the report has not been generated, the Report screen will not show any information. Once the report has been generated, it will appear on this screen. Select a report to view from the list at the top of the screen and click Select Report.
The report displays popular and failed search queries broken down by each Collection in the system. At the bottom of the screen, the overall results for all search assets are shown. An example of the results of a Collection is shown in the figure below.

For each term that is listed, the following information is shown:
- Total Queries: this is the total number of times the search query has been made on the search page.
- Total Results: this is the total number of results that have been returned for the search query.
- Average Results: this is the average number of assets that were returned when the user performed the search.
- Lowest: this is the lowest number of assets that were returned when the user performed the search.
- Highest: this is the highest number of assets that were returned when the user performed the search.
