Triggers
This manual describes Triggers within Squiz Matrix. It describes the Trigger Manager and how to create and enable a Trigger. It then describes each event, action and condition that is currently available. A number of examples are also provided in order for you to better understand how to set up a Trigger. These examples include:
- Automatically create Image Varieties when an Image is created.
- Setting the Status of a user account to Live when it is created.
- Setting a Future Status job of Up for Review on a user account when its Status is changed to Live.
- Releasing all locks a user holds when they log out of Squiz Matrix.
- Stopping a user from creating an Image under the Site.
- Automatically clearing the cache of the Home page when it has been updated.
- Emailing an administrator to update the foreign language version when a page has been updated.
